Group Training

Group training in Wollongong couldn’t be easier with Body Revival Personal Fitness Solutions. Our comprehensive class schedule provides our clients with more sessions and smaller class sizes. Body Revival group training class sizes are limited to 6 or 8 participants. This ensures that our trainers can provide you with the best service and feedback possible. Commonly group classes in Wollongong can have up to 40 participants and only 1 trainer. This means that the trainers do not have enough time to help you out or ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly. We hear this all the time that participants feel “lost in the crowd” so we reformulated Group Training to be a more personalised experience for you.

All group training class are designed by one of our University Educated Head Trainer Rhett Thomas-Lee who has studied in the field of health science. This provides you with the peace of mind that each class has a specific purpose and the exercises prescribed within the program are safe and highly effective.

Group Training

Body Revival currently offers a wide variety of group classes at our boutique studio located in Fairy Meadow. All classes are operated indoors except for our Stride and Strike class which operate primarily outside. Body Revival Group training classes range from dedicated Suspension training to high-intensity Zone classes. Every new Body Revival client has an opportunity to try group training with our risk-free trial. This is an opportunity to try our services and see if we are the right training company for you. We have No Contracts, No Sign-up Fee’s and No Minimums. You can just exercise in a supportive environment and get the results you desire.

Unlimited Classes per week: $41.00 p/w

Limited 3 Classes per week: $36.00 p/w

Drop-In per class: $25.00 p/c
